Founder and President

Prior to starting The Junk Removers, Inc. in 2006 Lu worked for several local real estate offices including RE/MAX. His commitment to providing impeccable customer service drives him everyday. Lu’s other prior experience includes various management and entrepreneurial roles in retail, marketing and customers service.

Lu grew up in Dedham and still lives there today with his wife Erika and their twin girls, Olivia & Isabella whose favorite song is “I love trash!” by the legendary Crooner Oscar the Grouch. He is a certified Boston sports nut and in his limited spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading about history and relaxing on the beach.


Office Manager

Keri runs the back office with ease and aplomb. If you need something done right and quick get it to Keri and stand back. Her extensive customer service and bookkeeping experience makes her vital to our entire operation. If you call the office you most likely will reach her and most likely answer your questions or find one of us who can.

When she's not making our world run smoothly, she's usually not far from the amazing, adorable Stella her Labrador mix!

Michael aka "Santa"

Truck Team Manager

Michael manages the daily activities on our truck teams and is a hands-on customer service professional. Mike has over 30 years of management, customer service and sales experience in retail and service industries.

When Mike isn’t barking orders, you can find him fixing tools and working in the “shop” to make the operation run smoothly.

Jeff aka "Bub"

Truck Team and Estimator

Jeff is the veteran of the crew having been with the company going on 4 years. He has the unique skill of “determining space.” He can look at any pile of junk and quickly determine how much space it will take up in one of our trucks.

Jeff has extended experience in customer relations in various service industries.

Chris aka "Tiny"

Truck Team

Chris is a team player that understands how to get the job done. He likes to “pick things up and put things down” but is always cautious of the customer’s property. Chris has worked in retail and customer service environments.
